I am so excited to share my experience with monument dental. I broke a couple teeth playing hockey, which required significant work and was an unplanned expense to say the least. The team there, from the front desk team, to the dental assistants and the dentists are absolutely top-notch. It really is kind of crazy to have teeth repaired and have a more comfortable bite than you had originally because of their dedication to perfection. They worked with me with the billing, which was fantastic. While all this is great, the thing that impressed me the most was the culture of the office itself. The dental assistants are moving between patients, helping each other out, smiling, enjoying each other and communicating flawlessly throughout the treatments. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. I have two teenage boys who are terrified of the dentist. I guess I should say they were. It doesn’t bother them at all to go to the dentist now because everybody communicates so clearly about the treatments and they set clear expectations for each procedure. We found our forever dentist in Dr. D.
